Ventilator and its uses

 What is Ventilator?

      Ventilator is the device which help to push up the air to the lungs. We can say that with the help of ventilator we can provide the oxygen or air to the patient . There are some cases in which our lungs doesn't work properly . First of all i will tell you what is the working of lungs . Actually lungs inhale the oxygen and exhale the carbon dioxide .Now question arise what is inhale and exhale , so inhale mean to take the oxygen and exhale mean to produce carbon dioxide and other gases out of the body.
In many cases out lungs stop for working in that case ventilator is used.

Ventilator is known as the medicine between the life and death . Now the term arise how it known as death so in case if we are inhaling the oxygen and does not producing the carbon dioxide then it damages the other organ of our body which leads to the death.

How to use Ventilator

There are two ways to use of a ventilator

1) Mask
2)Intubation

1) Mask:-

              Ventilator can be used with the help of mask , In this case one tube is fitted in mask which help to push the air or oxygen to the lungs.You can see the image how it look like

2)Intubation:-

                     With the help of intubation we can use ventilator. In this process tube is fitted to the lungs through neck and connected with the lungs. you can see the images how i look like

Four Main things which you must be know regarding to the ventilator:-
Doctor always monitoring four thing when a patient  is on ventilator i.e

1)Pressure
2)Humidifier
3)Inspiration Valve
4)Amount of Oxygen

1)Pressure:- In case of pressure it refers to the atmospheric pressure which given to the patient according to the patient body requirement. It also cause death of the patient because if their is no proper monitoring service available there then patient will not recover 

2)Humidifier:- Humidifier refers to the amount of humidity refers to the patient ,we can say that humidity is giving to the patient which help to take oxygen easily.

3) Inspiration Valve:- It helps to control the flow of the pressure and amount of oxygen giving to the patient.

4) Amount of oxygen:- It represent that how much is air or oxygen is required to patient body. Measure oxygen or air is given to the patient according to the patient body need or requirement.
